All in-stock items are ready to ship within 3–5 business days from our studio in Dallas, TX via FedEx Ground.
Custom Orders:
Custom pieces require a lead time of 6–8 weeks.
Should you have a specific timeline, such as an installation or event, kindly notify us at the time of purchase. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, though advance notice is essential.
Shipping Method:
We ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup from our Dallas, TX studio. Simply select "Pickup in store" at checkout, and we will reach out to schedule a convenient time.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's journey.
